How to place an order
Find music that interests you, enter the quantity you want, and click the "add to order" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Once your item is in the shopping cart, you can continue shopping, complete your order, or suspend your order for future purchasing.
You will be asked to register on our secure web site by providing your email address, password, shipping and payment information. Pepper respects the privacy of all customers, and we will not share your personal information with any outside company.

If you are looking for music with a specific title and/or composer, our keyword search at the top of every page is a great place to start. Simply put your information into the search field(s) and click "Go." An advanced search option is available for those with very specific search requirements.

Where's your order? Check the shipment status of recent orders using our Order Tracking option. Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx are traceable by entering your email address and password.

Order music on approval
Music directors can order one copy of as many titles as necessary to review for 30 days. Return what you do not want to keep, and pay only for the items you want. Your invoice will be due 60 days from the day the order is shipped, and will not appear due on your monthly statement until the 30 day approval period has passed.
Direct billing
Music organizations (school or church music programs, community music groups and professional ensembles) that set up an account with us can be billed with each shipment, with payment due net 30 days. Approval orders are normally due 60 days after shipment to you.
Suspend an order
You can easily change or delete an order in progress, or complete the purchase for items in your shopping cart. Simply suspend the order to earmark that order for future purchases or changes until you're ready to buy.
Music clubs
Join one of our many free music clubs to be informed via email of important new music in your areas of interest. We send updates about once a month.
